Products & delivery
Unless stated otherwise, purchases are digital goods delivered electronically (download links, docs, checklists, evals). Access details are sent via the checkout provider (typically Gumroad).
License
Unless a listing says otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal business use. You may not resell, republish, or white-label materials unless you purchase an explicit licensing / partnership offer.

This site is hosted on free GitHub Pages. We may change, pause, or remove pages without notice. Free tools may change or retire as we kill what doesn’t work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Mover Projects is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
