Refund Policy
Digital products
Most First Mover Projects offerings are instant digital downloads or evaluations. Because delivery is immediate, all sales are generally final once the download or access link has been provided.
Good-faith exceptions
Email hello@firstmoverprojects.com within 7 days of purchase if:
- You never received access / download (technical failure on our side or the checkout provider), or
- You were charged twice for the same order, or
- The listing materially misrepresented the deliverable.
Include your Gumroad order ID / receipt email. We will investigate promptly. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment processor.
What is not refundable
- “Changed my mind” after downloading or viewing the materials.
- Results that differ from expectations after you applied the tools.
- Free products / Launch Alerts (no charge).
- Challenge Pilot deposits once work or async review has started — unless the listing states a specific deposit refund rule.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute. We prefer to resolve access issues directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in revoked access to future purchases.
